a small update on the Make Madara Talk WhOOPdEEdOO contest.

I know, it's getting a bit old but it's still open.

I must say it got an unexpected amount of success. but relatively very very very very very very very few actually sent in entries, some of which, by the way, are excellent.

as said you can make Madara talks as long as he is still talking. so there may be a couple of weeks more. I may make a poll of something after that to declare a winner(s).

UPDATE --  we're a new server now. How exciting. Except that I got a bit lazy and the promised changes to the theme and other stuff won't occur just yet. But I'll be working on it.

If you find that some things are not working as they are supposed to, post a comment here or let me know via the contact form.

Ok, the Make Madara Talk WhOOPdEEdOO contest

If you missed the news included in the last chapter, you are part of that benighted sub-species of fandom that does not read the credits pages of hard working scanlators or anything beyond. (Some would simply call you losers, but I think you should be shot dead. repeatedly)

At first I was thinking of including it in the next Naruto chapter. but given the number of entries, it might make the filesize a bit bloated. I've decided to compile them into their own special release. And very probably I'll be making similar contests in the future.

Here are the first few skits for your enjoyment and lulz.

Contest Deadline:
There's no definite date. But if there was one, it would about the time Madara stops telling his little story in his cave and the plot moves on to better lit environments. So you have a while.

Note: since any new submissions will be added to the same file, you'll be better off just viewing the chapter online. It is still available for download. but viewing online means you have a better chance of getting the latest version. I'll be adding a comment each time (when ever that is) there is a new update.

This week. The Konoha boy(and girl) scouts take a quick stroll through a meadow. And a kidnapping.

Amidst the impossibly peculiar time the Konoha Boys(and girls)scouts continue to have against the happiest villain in the world, i.e, Tobi and the extremely high density of exclamation marks, the following startling realisation is suddenly made:

Does Shino have an afro under his hood? From what is remembered of part 1 of the manga, he certainly had the hair for it.

uploaded a version 2 on the 1st april. no it's not a joke version. Some fixes to the translation. Usually I don't bother but this error is major. only a couple of lines but it changes a lot of things. which proves you can't have that much faith in regular translations these days... (also fixed a few minor typos and incongruencies)
